Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who want to make changes and move forward with their lives.
The answers are within you! The life coach works by active listening, reflecting and asking powerful questions.
Every session ends with an accountability action that is generated by the client to help her/him move forward.
Coaching is not advice, therapy or counseling.
